Terms and Conditions for MEDWAY IMHS India Online and EdTech Courses

2. Course Structure and Content

Pre-recorded Lectures: All our courses are delivered in a pre-recorded format, allowing you to access lectures at your convenience. These lectures can be replayed as many times as needed during the access period.

Study Material: Soft copies of course material, including notes and presentations, will be provided. These materials are available in downloadable formats, and you are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of these materials with your device.

Reference Lectures: In addition to the faculty lectures, selected YouTube reference lectures may be shared for supplementary learning. These videos are intended to enhance your understanding of the subject and are used strictly for educational purposes.

3. Faculty and Teaching Methods

Courses will feature lectures from experienced faculty members who are subject-matter experts in their respective fields.

MEDWAY IMHS India may also incorporate external video content from platforms such as YouTube to complement learning. All reference materials are shared with proper attribution to their original creators.

4. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the course content through your online dashboard. Course materials, including pre-recorded lectures and downloadable content, will be available for a specific period, after which access will expire unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Refund Window: Refund requests will be accepted within 24 hours of enrollment in the course. You must contact customer support within this period to initiate a refund process. A full refund will be issued for any request made within this time frame.

No Refund After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of course progress or access status. We encourage you to review the course details carefully before enrolling.

6. License to Use Course Materials

By enrolling in a course, MEDWAY IMHS India grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the course materials for personal and educational purposes only. Sharing or distributing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the course materials and platform in a lawful manner, adhering to copyright and intellectual property laws.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the required hardware and software to access and view the course materials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

8. Course Modifications

MEDWAY IMHS India reserves the right to modify or update the course content, faculty, and delivery format at any time. This includes the addition or removal of content, without prior notice, to improve course quality and stay current with industry standards.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or success from the completion of a course. All courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

MEDWAY IMHS India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the course, including but not limited to issues with course access, materials, or personal expectations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by MEDWAY IMHS India, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of MEDWAY IMHS India or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

12. Course Certifications

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a digital certificate of completion.And hard copy laminated form certificate Along with Medal (Masters & fellowship) Freebies will be couriered.This certificate is only awarded upon meeting the required academic and participation criteria set forth by MEDWAY IMHS India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Medway Iamhs India.
